This is not a Bible study book. Rather it is a book that explains why God wanted the Bible written down and preserved for us today. We live in a time when people are leaving the church, and this was predicted in 2 Thess. in the New Testament. False teaching abound today. Many people we once thought were right in their faith have gone over to these false teachings. It will pay everyone to be aware of what these are. In this book, I recommend other books that the reader can buy that will explain this more fully.
The book deals with the basic goodness of man and why he cannot keep the teachings of Jesus on his own. It stresses the principle of faith as the key to godly living. As the title implies, the book was written on a simple note, and I had a check in my spirit if I tried to write more than was given to me.
This book came to me early one morning in January, 2010. I woke up at 6 AM. with the title and lines of words running across my inner eyes. I went to my computer, opened Word, and began to type. I wrote for thirteen hours that first day. It was as if I had a funnel in the top of my head with words pouring in it and then flying out my fingers. I worked on it until March. After finishing it, I had no money to publish it, so I put it on a blog on the internet. Many people read it, telling me afterward that it had helped them very much. Finally, my husband gave me just enough money to have it printed in paperback format. The company that printed it put it on all ebook sites in both ebook and paperback versions.
However, after reading the book, a friend of mine and I found many errors in spelling, grammar, and typing that needed to be corrected. I thank Sandra Oxidine for her help in proofreading the book for errors. I have corrected these mistakes, and am now putting the book back on Amazon as an ebook. I will charge only $.99 for the ebook. The paperback version will still be available. I hope you will download this book and tell others about it. I believe God wants this book to get to as many people as possible.
As I write in the last chapter, we are living in dangerous times for a Christian. Many groups of false teachers would like to see all Christians killed. I have mentioned these in this part of the book. We need to watch for signs told us by Jesus, and to be able to stand in these last days.
Time is short for this earth. Even those who do not claim to be a Christian know this. I believe, and have written about this time. I have included what will happen to people after time on this earth ends. This is one of the most important parts of this book. I pray that everyone will learn about this post-earth time. It may be the most important lesson you will ever learn.
